What
is included with the rental?
Use of the 1,800 square foot ballroom, catering kitchen, two lobby areas, the ladies lounge, and a PA system.
Do you provide chairs and tables?
We do have tables for your use that are included in the rental
cost. Sizes include (2) 8’x 30” banquet tables,
(6) 5’ diameter round tables, (9) 5’x 30” tables
and (4) 4' x 24" tables. We do not provide chairs, but
can rent them for you for an additional fee.
Do you provide linens, dishes, flatware, etc.?
No, usually the caterer will provide these items, or we can rent them for you for an additional fee.
How many people can the Secret Society accommodate?
260 persons is our maximum capacity for the ballroom. For a seated event, the comfortable maximum is about 125 persons.
What is your food policy?
If you are planning to have food at your event, you can choose
from one of our four preferred caterers. They are Culinary
Artistry, Elephants Deli, Simpatica and Toro Bravo.
What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol is allowed at events, but must be provided by the caterer or The Secret Society.
Parking?
There is ample street parking, as well as driveway access for loading/unloading next to our building.
Is the Secret Society Ballroom wheelchair accessible?
Our ballroom is located on the second floor with no elevator
access. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
What time can events go until?
The premises must be vacated by 1am.
Do you allow live music/DJ’s?
Yes, but additional fees may apply.
Is there smoking allowed?
No, smoking is prohibited inside the Secret Society.
Are decorations permitted?
Decorations are allowed, but they must be affixed without
using nails, tacks, or any other materials that can damage
the walls and woodwork. Candles are permitted on tables or
other hard surfaces.
What is needed to reserve the Secret Society?
We require a 25% down payment and a signed rental contract
to secure a date. Please note this deposit is non-refundable.
